Guest Chef Summer Session: The Baja Sur Chef: César Pita

We are delighted to host Chef César Pita, one of Los Cabos, Mexico’s most talented chefs, for one night only at Santo Remedio Marylebone, for a Taste of Los Cabos evening.


The Menu features some of his most celebrated dishes, including Sea Bass Crudo, Los Cabos Crab Gordita, Fish Zarandeado, and his signature César’s Caesar Salad. Our Co-Founder, Edson Diaz-Fuentes, met César back in 2023 in Los Cabos while Edson was travelling through Baja California Sur, seeking inspiration and learning more about the region - one of Mexico’s leading farm-to-table destinations, increasingly recognised for its fusion of Mexican and Mediterranean cuisines, with Asian influences.



César has cooked at some of the world’s most renowned restaurants, including the Michelin three-starred Martín Berasategui in Spain and Chef Enrique Olvera’s Pujol in Mexico City. In 2024, his restaurant, Lumbre, was mentioned and recommended in the Michelin Guide.


Join us on Tuesday 1st July. The first seating will be at 6:30pm and second seating at 7:30pm for a four-course menu with an optional drinks pairing add-on, and enjoy a Taste of Los Cabos! Nos vemos pronto!


There will be 20 early bird tickets available priced at £65pp, after these sell out, our standard tickets are £75pp
