Slow cooked for 12 hours our beef short rib is served with Mole negro, one of Mexico’s most celebratory salsas, lads of chocolate, chillies, nuts, seeds and dried fruits. Delivered with a selection of garnishes - limes, coriander, red onion and pickled red onion, as well as tortillas to make your own tacos. Sides include our house made black beans, citrusy potato salad, and crispy slaw. Also accompanied by totopos and house made salsa roja to start off your meal.
