Our Chef & Co-Founder Edson Diaz-Fuentes has experience first hand the marvellous scenery between desert, mountains and Pacific Ocean, as well as world-class hospitality and of course the delicious culinary scene in Los Cabos, Mexico.
At Santo Remedio we are delighted to be collaborating with some incredible chefs from Los Cabos, Mexico to bring our guests some very special tasting menu with drinks on the evening of 8th November followed by 10 days of our specials board at both London Bridge Restaurant and Shoreditch Cafe featuring some of the dishes our Chef-Patron Edson Diaz-Fuentes was inspired by after travelling in San Jose del Cabo, Cabo San Lucas and Todos Santos.
Los Cabos in Mexico is a region that combines sea in the Pacific coast, deserts and mountains all of which inspire its rich and diverse cuisine. It’s Mexico’s biggest farm-to-table destination and is the country’s biggest organic food producer with it’s food scene increasingly identified as a fusion of Mexican and Mediterranean with Asian influences.
Our special Taste of Los Cabos 5 Course Dinner on the 8th will showcase some of the incredible flavours of Los Cabos, transporting you to the region while enjoying these dishes at our London Bridge Restaurant.
Mexican chef Angel Carbajal from award winning Mexican-Japanese fusion restaurant NickSan as well as chefs Javier Plascencia from Jazamango, Cesar Pita from Lumbre and Edgar Roman from Don Sánchez will each be curating special dishes alongside our co-founder Edson Diaz-Fuentes for this incredible menu.
We have a limited number of tickets available for our Taste of Los Cabos 5 Course Dinner on 8th November which will comprise of 5 courses, a welcome drink designed by Edson together with Bar Manager Lorin and drinks throughout the diner for £95.
The feast will begin at 7:30pm and will be enjoyed at our London Bridge Restaurant with our Co-Founder Edson and the team together with Guest Chefs guiding you through Los Cabos culinary experience.
